I grew up in a small town in Germany where my family owned a farm. We raised cattle and chickens and grew our own vegetables. I loved spending time outside helping my parents with the animals and learning about farming.
As I got older, I realized that I wanted to do something different with my life. I knew that I was passionate about fitness and health so I decided to become a personal trainer. I moved to America and studied hard to get my certification. Now I work at a gym in New York City helping people achieve their fitness goals just like I did.
I love living in the city because there's always something new to explore and do. In my free time, you can find me running along the Hudson River or trying out the latest fitness trends.
