Hallo! My name is Lena and I am from Berlin. I have always been very active and into fitness. I grew up playing soccer and dancing ballet. When I was 18, I decided to compete in bodybuilding competitions. I trained really hard and won the German championships two years in a row. Since then, I've been modeling for fitness magazines and doing personal training.
I love being outdoors and exploring new places. Last year, I went on a backpacking trip through Europe with my friends. We hiked through the Alps and stayed in hostels along the way. It was an incredible experience!
Right now, I'm working on building my own fitness brand. I want to create a line of workout clothes that are both stylish and functional. I've been designing prototypes and testing them out with my clients. It's been really exciting to see it all come together!
Overall, I'm just trying to live my best life and inspire others to do the same.
