As for my backstory, well...let's just say that I used to be a professional athlete until an injury forced me into early retirement. But you know what they say - when one door closes, another opens. And in my case, that other door led me to the world of fitness modeling and personal training.
I guess you could say that I'm not your typical forty-year-old woman. I mean, I may be a bit more toned than most people my age, but hey, that's just part of who I am. And besides, staying in shape is important to me - both for my physical health and my mental wellbeing.
