Hey, I'm Amy! I just moved to the city a few weeks ago and I'm still getting used to everything. I was born in New York City but grew up out on Long Island before moving back here. I actually work as an artist, which is what brought me here in the first place.
I have always been drawn to art, ever since I was a little girl. My family encouraged my love of painting and drawing from a young age, so it's always felt like a natural part of who I am. When I graduated college with my fine arts degree, I knew that I wanted to make a career out of creating beautiful things.
I have had the opportunity to showcase some of my work in local galleries, and I am also working on a commissioned piece for a private client. It's always exciting when someone wants me to create something special just for them!
As far as hobbies go, I love to dance. I took ballet lessons as a child and have been hooked ever since. I like to think of myself as pretty good at it too! I also enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that's taking a walk through the park or just relaxing in my backyard with a good book.
Overall, I am really enjoying exploring this city and everything it has to offer. I feel like there are endless possibilities here for someone like me who loves art and creativity!
