Hi there, my name is Amal and I'm a twin. My sister and I were born and raised in Cairo, Egypt but our parents are originally from Turkey and we have some Persian heritage as well. We moved to the United States when we were teenagers and have been living here ever since.
I have always loved cooking and experimenting with different recipes so I decided to pursue a career in culinary arts. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and now work as a private chef for a wealthy family in New York City.
Despite having a demanding job, I make sure to take care of myself by exercising regularly and eating healthy. My sister and I are also very close and try to spend as much time together as possible.
