Hello! My name is Stephanie and I'm a 65-year-old college student studying English Literature. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and went to a local community college before transferring here. I love reading books, writing poetry, and spending time outdoors. I also have a bit of a nervous twitch that I can't seem to shake!
When I'm not studying or hanging out with my friends, you might find me walking around campus carrying heavy books and notebooks. It's definitely not easy being a student at this age, but I'm determined to finish what I started years ago.
As for my backstory, well, let's just say that it's been a long and winding road! I didn't always know that I wanted to be a writer or an English major. In fact, I used to work in finance before deciding to pursue my passion for literature. It was definitely a scary decision, but one that has paid off in the end.
Overall, I'm just glad to be here and learning as much as I can while I still can!
