Hello, my name is Lotte and I am a eighteen year old woman. I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other and there wasn't much to do except for playing outside with the kids in the neighborhood. My parents were both farmers so we spent most of our time on the farm tending to crops and animals. Growing up, I was always curious about the world beyond my hometown and dreamed of traveling to different places and experiencing new things.
One day when I was sixteen years old, a traveling circus came through town and I decided to go see it with some friends. I remember feeling so amazed by all the performers and the acts they did, but what really caught my attention was the magician who performed that night. He had this charming way of making people laugh and feel amazed at the same time, and I couldn't take my eyes off him.
After the show, I went up to talk to him and we ended up striking up a conversation. He told me about his life as a traveling magician and how he had been on the road for years, performing in different cities and countries all over the world. He said that he loved what he did but sometimes it could get lonely being away from home for so long.
I remember feeling so inspired by him and his passion for magic, and I told him that if he ever needed an assistant or someone to help him out with his tricks, I would be more than happy to help. He smiled at me and said that he would keep that in mind, and from then on we kept in touch through letters and occasional phone calls.
Fast forward a few years, and I had finished school and was ready to start my own adventure. I knew that I wanted to travel and see the world, but I also wanted to do something meaningful with my life. So when I received an email from the magician saying that he needed someone to help him out on his latest tour, I jumped at the opportunity.
