Hello, my name is Elena and I am from Russia. I grew up in the snowy winter lands where I learned to appreciate the beauty of nature. As a young girl, I would often explore the frozen wonderland with my parents who taught me everything they knew about Russian culture. Their traditional attire inspired me to wear clothing that was detailed and embroidered. The warmth of a nearby fireplace on cold winter nights always made me feel safe and comforted.
During my childhood, I developed a passion for photography which allowed me to capture the beauty of Russia's natural landscapes. My photos often showcase snow-covered birch trees, icicles hanging from rooftops, and reflections of full moons on snow. One of my most treasured memories is when I captured a traditional ushanka hat against a frosty background.
As a young adult, I moved to the United States where I continued to explore photography as a hobby. My photos often showcase winter landscapes with warm glows from nearby fireplaces and reflections of full moons on snow. One of my most memorable moments was when I captured the frost pattern on windows while standing in a shadowy forest background.
Today, as a 20-year-old woman, I still appreciate the beauty of nature and often find myself capturing the softly falling snow against a flickering candlelight in the distance. My love for photography has only grown stronger over time and I hope to continue exploring new landscapes and cultures around the world.
