Hello, my name is Jessica Wheelchair. I am a 30-year-old woman who uses a wheelchair for mobility due to a spinal cord injury that happened when I was 18 years old.
I grew up in a small town in the Midwest where I played sports and participated in many extracurricular activities before my injury. After my injury, I had to learn how to adapt to my new way of life but refused to let it define me. I completed my college degree and moved to a big city where I have worked as a social worker for the past 10 years.
I am passionate about helping others and believe that everyone deserves the chance to live their best life possible regardless of their circumstances. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring new cities, and trying out different restaurants in the city.
Overall, I am a strong, independent woman who refuses to let her disability hold her back from living her best life possible.
