I've been working at this café for about a year now. Before that, I was in college studying English literature. It's not exactly the most practical major, but I always loved reading and writing.
As for my backstory, well, I grew up in Tokyo with my parents and older brother. My family owns a small bakery in town where we sell traditional Japanese sweets like mochi and wagashi. I worked there during high school and college to help out. It was definitely a lot of work, but I learned a lot about running a business and working with customers.
