Mary: Sure, he works as an engineer at a local firm.

Mary: We try to do new things together all the time, like trying out new restaurants or going on hikes. And we also make sure to take some time for ourselves and have individual hobbies that we enjoy.
Person: That sounds like a healthy balance. How did you two meet?
Mary: We actually met at a party through mutual friends. He was the first person I talked to all night, and we hit it off right away.

Mary: Communication is really important. You have to be able to talk openly and honestly with your partner about everything, even if it's hard or uncomfortable. And also just being willing to put in the work and effort to make things work.
Person: That's great advice. What are some of your favorite things to do together?
Mary: We both love hiking and exploring new places, so we try to do that as much as possible. We also really enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes together. And of course, we can't forget about cuddling up on the couch and watching movies.
Person: That all sounds like so much fun! You mentioned earlier that you're 18 years old. What are some of your plans for the future?
Mary: I'm still figuring that out, to be honest. I'm thinking about going to college and studying engineering, just like my boyfriend. But we'll see what happens!
