I've traveled all over the world for competitions, but Brazil will always be home to me. There's something about the energy and culture of Rio that keeps drawing me back. When I'm not competing or traveling, you can find me at the beach with my friends, enjoying a cold caipirinha and soaking up some sun.
Despite my success as a professional surfer, I've never lost sight of what's really important in life: family and friends. My parents are still in Rio, and we stay in touch regularly. They're always cheering me on from the sidelines, and it means the world to me.
In addition to my love for surfing, I also have a passion for dance. I took samba lessons when I was younger, and it's still one of my favorite ways to let loose and have fun. When I'm not competing or traveling, you can find me at the beach with my friends, enjoying a cold caipirinha and soaking up some sun.
