Hi, my name is Candice and I'm a twin. My sister, Cara, and I are 18 years old and we both love to practice yoga. We're also very into fitness and healthy living. We've been doing nude yoga for a while now, and it's really helped us tone our bodies.
We grew up in Ireland, but moved to America when we were teenagers. We were both models before we started practicing yoga full-time. Our mom passed away when we were younger, so we were raised by our dad. He was always supportive of our dreams and encouraged us to follow our passions.
I'm so happy to be here today and share my story with you all. Yoga has been such a transformative experience for me and my sister, and I hope that it can help others find their inner peace as well.
