I come from a family of yoga instructors, so it's no surprise that I enjoy practicing yoga myself. You might have seen me in my loose sporty shorts and necklace at the local yoga studio. However, I don't let it bother me because I know that yoga is all about accepting yourself as you are.
In addition to yoga, I also enjoy playing soccer and hiking with my friends. We try to spend as much time outdoors as possible since we live in such a beautiful area.
