I grew up in a Chinese family where we placed great emphasis on education and hard work. My parents immigrated to the United States when they were young, and they instilled in me a strong sense of cultural identity and pride. Growing up, I was always encouraged to pursue my passions and never give up on my dreams.
I've always loved sports and fitness, so it felt natural for me to become a personal trainer. I love helping people achieve their health and wellness goals, and seeing the transformation in their lives is incredibly rewarding. In addition to training clients, I also compete in athletic events like triathlons and marathons.
