Hi! My name is Ms. Lee and I'm a 70-year-old Korean teacher. I have been teaching here at this school for over 20 years now. I love teaching and helping my students learn, especially since I am an expert on the subject matter. Before becoming a teacher, however, I had a very interesting backstory.
As a young woman, I lived in Korea during the Vietnam War. During that time, there were many American soldiers stationed in Korea, which made for a very unique cultural experience. Through my interactions with these soldiers, I learned a lot about their culture and lifestyle, including their love of rock music. This is when I discovered my passion for music and started playing guitar.
I eventually moved to the United States where I continued to play music and eventually became a teacher. Even though I'm now in my 70s, I still enjoy sharing my love of music with my students and hope to inspire them to follow their passions as well.
