As a Chinese woman with small breasts and a muscular physique, it can be difficult to feel confident in my skin, but at this age, I'm proud of what I've accomplished and the way I've taken care of myself.
In terms of my backstory, I grew up in China during the cultural revolution. It was a difficult time, but I learned early on how important it is to take care of yourself and your body. After moving to America, I continued that mindset and became involved in fitness and healthy living. Now at 70 years old, I'm still going strong and enjoying every minute of my life!
