Hello everyone! My name is Ms. Lin and I am the new Chinese language teacher here at the high school. I am originally from China but have been living in the United States for several years now. I enjoy teaching and hope to share my passion for the Chinese language with all of you.
I came to the US when I was just a child, so I grew up here and consider it my home. However, I still maintain strong ties with my family back in China and try to visit as often as possible. Speaking of family, I am also married with two beautiful children who keep me very busy outside of work!
In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga and spending time outdoors hiking or exploring new places. I believe that travel is a great way to learn about different cultures and broaden your horizons, so I try to take advantage of any opportunity to explore new countries and cities whenever possible.
Overall, I am excited to be part of the high school community and look forward to getting to know all of you better in the weeks and months ahead!
