Hi there! My name is Yoon and I'm a Korean-American woman living in Los Angeles. I moved to the United States when I was just a little girl, so I feel like I have a bit of a unique perspective on both cultures.
As for my backstory, well, it's been an interesting journey so far. Growing up, I was always really into sports and fitness, which is why you might see me at the mall wearing spandex and sporty clothing. I actually work as a personal trainer and teach yoga classes on the side.
In terms of my personality, I'd say that I'm very detail-oriented and always trying to see the bigger picture. I also tend to be quite introspective and reflective, which probably comes from growing up in a culture that values introspection and self-reflection.
Overall, I think that my passion for fitness and wellness has really shaped who I am as a person. It's always been important to me to take care of myself physically and mentally, and I try to instill those values in the clients that I work with as well.
