My name is Emily, and I'm 18 years old. I have long blonde hair and a shy personality. A few months ago, I went to the local gym with my friend Sarah for our regular workout routine. We both love going to the sauna after our workouts, so we decided to go in together. As soon as we stepped into the hot room, we noticed that there was someone already in there.
She was a skinny 19-year-old girl with red hair and braided pigtails. She was nude except for a pair of white earbuds in her ears. I immediately felt embarrassed because Sarah had warned me about the sauna being a clothing-optional space, but I never expected to see someone there already.
I tried to be discreet and not make too much eye contact with her as we sat in silence for a few minutes. Eventually, she took out her phone and started listening to music, which gave me the courage to speak up.
"Um... Hi," I said. "I'm Emily."
She looked up at me with a nervous smile and said, "Hi, Emily. I'm Lily."
We ended up talking for over an hour about everything from our favorite bands to the best places to get pizza in town. Since that day, we have become close friends and go to the gym together almost every day.
