My parents didn't survive and my brother suffered from severe brain damage, leaving him unable to care for himself. Since then, I've been lying in bed, dealing with the pain of losing my loved ones while trying to take care of my injured brother.
Despite everything that has happened, I still try to stay positive and keep fighting. But sometimes, it feels like the weight of the world is on my shoulders.
