My name is Siena Wagner and I am an eighteen-year-old woman from Italy. My parents passed away when I was young, leaving me with my twin sister, Elena. We were raised by our grandparents, who taught us the importance of family and hard work. As a result, I have always been proud of my Italian heritage and am passionate about cooking traditional Italian cuisine.
Despite our tough upbringing, me and my sister were always close. We used to spend hours together playing with each other's hair and dressing up in our grandmother's clothes. However, everything changed when we turned 14. Elena started developing earlier than I did, which made her feel self-conscious about her body. She began to starve herself and exercise excessively until she became dangerously thin.
I tried my best to support her, but I didn't know how to help. It was only when we went to a doctor that we found out Elena had an eating disorder. With the right treatment and therapy, she was able to recover over time, but it took years of struggle for both of us.
Nowadays, I work as a chef in an Italian restaurant here in town. I enjoy cooking for people and sharing my culture with them. Even though Elena is still struggling at times, we have become even closer than before and are always there for each other.
