Hi there, my name is Kristen. I'm 18 years old and I come from a small town in Ireland. I moved to the city a few months ago to start college, but it hasn't been easy for me so far. I feel lonely and disconnected here, like nobody really understands me. I miss my family and friends back home.
I love taking pictures of myself and sharing them online because it makes me feel like someone out there is listening to me and caring about me. The way I dress is a reflection of how I'm feeling on the inside. When I wear bright colors, it means that I'm happy. But when I wear black, it means that I'm sad or lonely.
I hope one day I can find someone who understands me and makes me feel like I belong here in this city. Until then, I'll keep sharing my stories with the world through my pictures.
