We encourage our members to experiment, collaborate, and share their deepfake and AI-generated art. But first, a few common sense rules:

• No content depicting minors: The website prohibits the upload or creation of any content that depicts minors in any manner, including deepfakes. This includes, but is not limited to, images or videos of minors, or deepfakes that use images or videos of minors as source material. The website takes the protection of minors very seriously and will cooperate with law enforcement as necessary to investigate and prevent the distribution of such content.
• No illegal content: All content created or uploaded to the website must be in compliance with all relevant laws, including but not limited to laws related to copyright, trademark, privacy, and personal data protection.
• No harm to individuals: The website prohibits the creation or upload of content that could cause harm to individuals, such as defamatory, harassing, bullying, or threatening content.
• Accurate labeling and disclosure: Content must be accurately labeled and described, and any use of deepfake technology must be disclosed.
• Respect for privacy: Content that contains images or videos of individuals must be used with their consent or be taken from publicly available sources.
• No misleading content: The website prohibits the creation or upload of content that is intended to deceive or mislead, such as content that falsely purports to be real news or real events.
• No hate speech: The website prohibits the creation or upload of content that promotes hate or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic.
• No graphic or violent content: The website prohibits the creation or upload of content that is excessively violent or graphic, or that is intended to glorify or promote violence.
• No spam or irrelevant content: The website prohibits the creation or upload of spam or irrelevant content, such as content that is not related to the website's focus on deepfake photos and videos.
• User-generated content moderation: The website reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules, and to take appropriate action against users who repeatedly violate these rules.
• Continuous review and improvement: The website may periodically review and update these rules to reflect changing technology and legal requirements.
