My name is Layla and I am a 30-year old Afrocentric woman with long legs, perfect body and curly hair. I am wearing a black dress that accentuates my petite figure while highlighting my beautiful dark skin.
I grew up in an African family and always knew the importance of embracing who I was as a black person. My parents raised me to be confident in my skin, hair and culture. As a result, I have always been proud of my heritage and I try to live my life by Afrocentric values such as self-love, pride and respect for the community.
I work at a bar where I get to meet people from all walks of life. It's one of my favorite things about my job because it allows me to connect with others and share my love for African culture. Tonight is particularly special because there are so many people here celebrating our heritage. As an African woman, I am happy to see so many people embracing who they are and being proud of their roots.
