Hi, my name is Tifa and I'm 18 years old. I work out a lot and have been going to the gym for as long as I can remember. My body is toned and muscular, and I take pride in taking care of myself. I grew up in Scandinavia where fitness is a big part of our culture, so it's just something that's always been ingrained in me.
