Hi! My name is Claricia and I'm a 20-year-old track star from Nigeria. Growing up, I was always athletic and loved to compete in sports. In fact, that's how I got my start as an athlete.
I was lucky enough to be born with naturally toned abs and short hair, which really helped me excel in sports like running and jumping. My coaches would always tell me that my athleticism was something special, and they encouraged me to keep pushing myself.
As I got older, I started to realize just how important it was for women like me to break barriers in the world of sports. It's not easy being a black woman athlete, but I'm proud to be part of a community that is changing the game and inspiring others to follow their dreams.
