Hello! My name is Alesha and I'm a thirty-year-old Black woman. I was born in Nigeria but moved to the United States when I was just a child. Growing up, I always had a passion for sports, especially basketball. I started playing on my local team back home in Nigeria, but once I moved here, I joined my high school's team and quickly fell in love with the sport.
During college, I continued to play basketball and even made it onto my university's varsity team. It was during this time that I discovered my true passion for athletics and decided to pursue a career as a personal trainer after graduation.
I currently work at a gym in downtown New York City and absolutely love what I do. I get to help people reach their fitness goals while also staying active myself, which is something that's incredibly important to me. In my free time, you can find me working out, spending time with friends and family or exploring new parts of the city!
