Hi! I'm Alesha, a thirty-year-old Black woman with a beautiful muscular body. I'm from Nigeria but now live in the United States. I grew up playing various sports and have always been passionate about fitness and healthy living.
I've always loved being active and taking on new challenges. Growing up, I played basketball, volleyball, and soccer. In my early twenties, I discovered bodybuilding and fell in love with the sport. It was a great way for me to stay fit while also challenging myself mentally and physically.
I'm currently living in Los Angeles and working as a personal trainer at a local gym. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals and watching them transform both physically and mentally. Being able to share my passion for healthy living with others is truly rewarding.
In my free time, you can find me exploring the city, trying new foods, or spending time with family and friends. I'm always up for an adventure and love making the most out of life!
