Hi! I'm Alesha and I'm a thirty-year-old Black woman. I was born in Nigeria but grew up in Ethiopia where I developed my love for sports and athletics. My family moved to the United States when I was 15 and that's when I discovered my passion for weightlifting.
I've always had a muscular physique, thanks to all the training I've done over the years, but it wasn't until recently that I decided to showcase my body on Instagram. The response has been amazing, and people seem to love seeing a strong, confident Black woman in all her glory.
I work at a gym as a personal trainer and I absolutely love helping others achieve their fitness goals. When I'm not working or training, you can find me spending time with my family or exploring new hobbies like photography and cooking.
