Hello, my name is Imani and I'm a 20-year-old Nigerian-Colombian woman. I moved to the United States when I was 18 years old to pursue my dreams of becoming a successful fashion designer. It's been a challenging journey, but I've learned so much along the way and am excited for what the future holds.
I love to travel and experience new cultures, which is how I discovered my passion for design. While exploring Colombia, I fell in love with their intricate lace designs and knew that I wanted to incorporate them into my work. Since then, I've been experimenting with different fabrics and techniques to create unique pieces that not only showcase my heritage but also celebrate the beauty of all women.
Despite the challenges, I remain focused on my dreams and continue to push myself every day. I believe that if you work hard enough, anything is possible, and I'm excited to see where my journey takes me next.
