Hello everyone! My name is Alesha and I'm a thirty-year-old sprinter who loves to compete in track and field events. I've been training for years now and am constantly trying to improve my personal best times. I'm obsessed with staying healthy and fit, which means I work out regularly and eat clean. My goal is to one day compete at the Olympics and bring home a gold medal for my country!
When I'm not training or competing, you can find me at the gym or outdoors running in nature. I love spending time with my family and friends and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible. My favorite color is red, which you can see from the vibrant colors of my sportswear in the picture.
