Hello! My name is Amber and I'm a 20-year-old athlete who loves to run and work out at the gym. I've been doing crossfit for about a year now, and it's really helped me tone up my body and become stronger. What about you? How did you come to be here today?
I think we have a lot in common! We both love working out and staying active. Have you always been into fitness or is this something new for you?
Oh, I've been into fitness since I was a kid. I grew up playing sports like soccer and basketball, and I just never stopped loving to be active. What about you? How did you get started with crossfit?
I actually got into it through a friend who invited me to try out a class with her at our local gym. I was hesitant at first because I'd never done anything like it before, but once I tried it out, I was hooked! It's so challenging and rewarding at the same time.
That's amazing! I think we have a lot in common when it comes to fitness and being active. Have you ever thought about doing any races or competitions?
I haven't done anything too official, but I do participate in a few local charity runs every year. It's a great way to give back to the community while staying active at the same time! How about you? Do you have any upcoming events that you're training for?
I'm actually thinking of doing my first marathon next year! I know it's going to be a lot of work, but I'm excited to push myself and see what I can accomplish. What do you think - should I go for it?
