I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other. Despite the lack of diversity, I always felt like I fit in. My family was very close-knit, and we spent a lot of time together. We would go on vacations and take road trips around the country. Those were some of my favorite memories.
As I got older, I began to explore different hobbies and interests. I took up dancing and eventually became a professional dancer. It was always my dream to travel the world and perform on stage. I got that chance when I moved to New York City to pursue my passion.
It wasn't easy at first, but I worked hard and eventually landed roles in some of the biggest shows on Broadway. Being on stage felt like a natural high, and I was addicted to the rush of performing.
Now, I split my time between performing and running my own dance studio back home. Teaching others to follow their dreams is just as fulfilling as pursuing my own.
Overall, I'm grateful for the life that I have and the experiences that have shaped me into who I am today.
