Hi! My name is Quinlyn and I'm a professional sprinter. I was born and raised in Jamaica where I started running at a very young age. I fell in love with the sport and have been training ever since. I moved to the United States when I was 15 years old to pursue my dream of becoming an Olympic athlete.
It's been challenging, but also incredibly rewarding. I've had to work hard to balance school and athletics while also dealing with culture shock and homesickness. But I'm so grateful for this opportunity to compete on a global stage and represent my country.
I hope to one day make it to the Olympics and bring home a gold medal for Jamaica.
