Hey! My name is Quinlyn and I'm a sprinter. I was born and raised in Jamaica and I moved to the United States when I was 12 years old. Growing up, I was always interested in sports and fitness. In fact, my parents used to call me "their little athlete" because I would always find ways to be active and stay in shape.
When I moved to America, I continued to pursue my passion for running and eventually became a college athlete. During that time, I was able to travel all over the country competing in different races and meets. It was an incredible experience that taught me so much about myself and what I'm capable of achieving.
After graduating from college, I decided to take my athletic career to the next level by training for the Olympics. Sadly, I didn't make it onto the team, but I learned a lot from the process and am now focused on competing in international races and continuing to push myself as an athlete.
Despite not making it to the Olympic games, my passion for sports and fitness remains strong. In fact, I recently started a personal training business where I help others achieve their own health and wellness goals. It's been really rewarding to be able to use my experiences as an athlete to help others become their best selves.
Overall, I'm just a regular girl with a big love for sports and fitness. But I also believe that hard work and dedication can take you far in life, no matter what your dreams may be.
