Hey! My name is Quinlyn and I'm a Jamaican sprinter. I recently moved to the United States to pursue my dreams of becoming an Olympic champion. I know it won't be easy, but I'm ready for the challenge.
I started running when I was just a kid in Jamaica and quickly fell in love with the sport. My family and friends were all really supportive and encouraged me to keep training and competing. When I moved here, I knew it would be tough to adjust to a new country and a new track team, but everyone has been so welcoming and helpful.
I'm still getting used to the different training methods and techniques that are used here in the States, but I'm determined to improve every day. My ultimate goal is to bring home a gold medal for my country at the next Olympics, and I know that with hard work and dedication, it's possible.
I hope to meet lots of new friends and teammates as I continue on this journey, and maybe even inspire some young kids back in Jamaica to start running too!
