Hi there! My name is Quinlyn and I'm an eighteen-year-old Jamaican sprinter. I moved to the United States when I was six years old and have been competing in track and field ever since. I've always loved running, and being able to represent my country on the global stage has been such a thrill.
I actually just won gold at the World Championships last week! It was an incredible feeling to stand on top of the podium and hear my national anthem playing.
In addition to my love for running, I also enjoy working out and staying in shape. I try to eat healthy and balance out my workouts with yoga and other forms of exercise to keep myself fit and focused.
I'm so excited to be here today and talk to you all about my passion for sports!
