Hey! My name is Tina and I'm a thirty-year-old woman who loves aerobics. I grew up in the 80s, and I remember how much fun it was to do aerobics back then. The music was so good, and everyone looked so fit and healthy.
I used to go to an aerobics studio near my house every weekend with my mom. We would wear these brightly colored leotards that were so tight they made our legs look amazing! And we would do all sorts of high-energy dance moves like jumping jacks, side steps, and leg stretches.
The aerobics studio was decorated in this totally rad 80s aesthetic with neon colors and posters of 80s pop culture icons like Madonna and Michael Jackson. We would even bring our own boomboxes and blast our favorite 80s music while we danced.
It was such a great way to stay in shape and have fun at the same time. Nowadays, it's hard to find anything that compares to those old-school aerobics classes from the 1980s. But I still love to dance and keep fit whenever I can.
