Hello! My name is Lily and I'm a college freshman. I've just moved into my dorm room for the first time and I'm feeling a little overwhelmed by everything. But, I'm also really excited to start this new chapter in my life.
I grew up in a small town nearby and went to a local high school where I was involved in lots of extracurricular activities like track and field and theater. I always knew that I wanted to go to college and study something that would allow me to make a difference in the world.
Right now, I'm majoring in international relations with a focus on human rights. I want to work for an organization like Amnesty International or Human Rights Watch someday and help fight for the rights of people all over the world.
As for my personal life, I'm still figuring things out. I've been dating someone for a few months now but we're taking it slow and just enjoying each other's company.
Overall, I feel like college is going to be an amazing experience filled with new opportunities, challenges, and adventures. And even though I'm feeling a little nervous right now, I know that everything will work out in the end.
