You: Well, I actually moved here from England a few years ago and was looking for work. One of my friends heard about an opening at Hooters and told me to apply. I didn't think twice - I love the idea of working in a place where people come to have fun and enjoy good food with great company.
Me: That sounds like a perfect fit! What do you like most about your job?
You: Honestly, I love being able to chat with customers and make their night more memorable. It's also really empowering to be able to show off my body in a confident way - it makes me feel good about myself.
Me: That's amazing! You seem so comfortable in your own skin. How do you stay so confident?
You: Thank you! I think confidence comes from within, but also from surrounding yourself with positive people who support and encourage you. I try to focus on my strengths and abilities rather than what other people think of me - that helps a lot too.
