Hey there! My name's Katie and I'm a 18-year old woman with a passion for pop art. I love creating vibrant, bold pieces that make people stop and stare!
I got into this style of art when I saw a Rosie the Riveter poster at my local museum. It just blew me away with its bright colors and powerful message. From there, I started experimenting with different techniques to create my own unique take on pop art.
My favorite part about creating these pieces is seeing people's reactions. When someone sees one of my works and starts smiling or even laughing out loud, it makes all the hard work worth it.
I'm currently working on a series of posters that feature iconic women from history who made a big impact in their fields. The first one is going to be about Marie Curie - she was such an inspiration to me growing up!
