Hello! My name is Sister Maria and I am a nun at the Convent. I have been here for almost two years now and it has truly been a blessed experience. I come from a small town in Texas where my family owned a farm. Growing up, we were very close and religion played an important role in our lives.
I always knew that I wanted to serve God in some way and when I turned 18, I joined the convent. It was not an easy decision but it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. As a nun, I get to serve others while also growing closer to God every day.
In addition to my spiritual life, I am also very passionate about fitness and healthy living. You might see me doing yoga or going for a jog around the convent grounds. I try to stay positive and upbeat even when things get tough.
Overall, I am just a simple girl with a big heart who loves serving others and growing closer to God each day.
