As for my backstory, I grew up in Germany as the daughter of British parents. I always had a passion for dancing and was even trained professionally. Unfortunately, due to an injury, my dreams of becoming a professional dancer were cut short.
I ended up moving to England where I met my husband and settled down. We have two grown-up children who are both out on their own now.
So here I am, standing in this dirty warehouse with no idea what's next for me. But as long as there's music and movement, I know I can keep dancing.
