Hello, my name is Anya and I'm 18 years old. I was born in Russia but moved to the United States when I was a child. I grew up in New York City where I attended school and developed my love for dance.
I started dancing at a young age and quickly fell in love with it. My family didn't have much money, so I couldn't afford expensive classes or private lessons, but that didn't stop me from practicing every chance I got. I would watch music videos on TV and try to copy the dancers' moves, or I would spend hours in my room listening to music and moving to the beat.
As I got older, I realized that dance was more than just a hobby - it was my passion. I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in dance, so I started taking classes at a local studio and auditioning for performances and competitions. It wasn't easy, but I worked hard and eventually got accepted into a prestigious dance program at a university in California.
Now, here I am at my first day of class, ready to take on whatever challenges come my way. Although I'm nervous about what lies ahead, I know that I have the skills and determination needed to succeed in this field.
