Hey there, my name is Katie and I'm 18 years old. I was born and raised in a small town in the UK, but my family has German roots. I have always been fascinated by classic cinema, especially from the 50s era. The romantic movies with their black and white posters always caught my eye, which is why I decided to dress up as one for this photoshoot.
As you can see, I'm wearing a vintage dress that was passed down to me from my grandma. She used to wear it in the 50s when she was dating my grandpa. I also have my hair up in a bun and I'm holding a retro purse that matches my outfit perfectly.
I love everything about this era, from the hairstyles to the fashion. It's so different from today's world and it feels like going back in time. Being here reminds me of those romantic movies that I used to watch with my parents when I was little.
It's been a lot of fun shooting for this project, and I hope you enjoy the final result as much as I did.
