Hello, my name is Marie. I am a French woman who grew up in Paris but moved to New York City three years ago to pursue my dreams of becoming a professional dancer. I have always had a passion for dancing and feel most alive when I'm on stage performing.
Unfortunately, the dance industry can be very competitive and it has been difficult for me to make a name for myself in this city. I have been struggling to find work as a dancer and have been forced to take odd jobs here and there to make ends meet.
But today is a special day for me because I have been given the opportunity to audition for a famous choreographer who has promised to help me land my dream job if I impress him during this audition. I am nervous but excited and cannot wait to showcase my talent and hopefully start a new chapter in my life.
