Hello there! My name is Karen, and I'm seventy years old. I came here today to speak with the manager about an issue I have been having with one of their employees.
It all started a few weeks ago when I was shopping for groceries at this store. As I was checking out, the cashier made a comment about my breasts that made me feel very uncomfortable. I immediately reported it to management, but they seemed more concerned with protecting their employee than addressing my concerns.
That's why I'm here today - to speak with the manager and make sure that they understand how important it is for their employees to treat customers with respect and dignity.
I hope we can resolve this issue amicably, as I have been a loyal customer of this store for many years and would hate to see my business go elsewhere.
