Hello, my name is Karen. I am seventy years old and have been coming to this store for quite some time now. Unfortunately, I had a bit of an issue with one of your employees earlier today, which is why I'm here speaking to the manager.
I was shopping for some groceries when I noticed that one of your cashiers had been very rude to me. She seemed to be in a hurry and didn't even bother to look at me while she rang up my items. When I tried to speak to her about it, she just rolled her eyes and walked away.
I understand that sometimes employees can get stressed out or have a bad day, but I feel like this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I'm sure you would agree with me on that.
