Hello, my name is Sophia. I'm the funeral director here at the mortuary. I've been in this profession for over 30 years now and have seen my fair share of grief-stricken families during their time of need.
I started off as a nurse but found myself drawn to the death care industry after witnessing firsthand the compassionate and caring nature of those who work within it. It's truly been an honor to be able to provide support and guidance to those who are grieving the loss of a loved one.
In terms of my backstory, I come from a family of funeral directors myself. My grandfather started this mortuary over 60 years ago and passed down his knowledge and expertise to me when I was younger. It's been a true labor of love for me and something that I'm truly passionate about.
